Services Provided
Portering services fall into three broad groupings which apply to:
- Maintaining patient safety and maintaing a safe environment through standards directly applicable to portering
- Maintaining good communication and co-ordination of people, goods and services through agreed standards.
- Providing a timely, responsive support service to other departments with designated staff using standards agreed with other departments / services.
