Travelling by Car

Cork University Hospital can be accessed from the West via the Bandon Road Roundabout. Head East towards Sarsfield Road Roundabout and take first exit onto Sarsfield Road/N71. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Bishopstown Road. CUH is on the right.

Cork University Hospital can be accessed from the East via the Jack Lynch Tunnel. Head South on the N40 for 9.4km, keep left and take the exit toward Sarsfield Road/N71. At Sarsfield Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Sarsfield Road/N71. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Bishopstown Road. CUH is on the right.

From Cork Airport take Avenue 2000 to N27. Head southeast on Avenue 2000. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on Avenue 2000. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Continue on the N27 to Cork. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto N27. Turn left onto the ramp to N25/South Ring (West)/N22/N71. Merge onto N40. Exit left toward Sarsfield Road/N71. At Sarsfield Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Sarsfield Road/N71. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Bishopstown Road. CUH is on the right.

Travelling by Bus

There are 7 Cork City Buses regularly stopping at Cork University Hospital. All of the bus drop off points are shown on the CUH Campus Map.

A free phone Taxi service is available from within the Hospital -  one free phone is situated along the main concourse opposite the Patient Accounts office, the other is situated in the coffee bar of the Out Patients Department.
